Kettlebell Sport is a fast-growing sport all over the world. Complete beginners and advanced athletes are welcome in this coaching program.
Kettlebell Sport Training improves your strength, power and endurance. It also improves body composition, and develops patience and mental toughness.
Train for your first Kettlebell Competition. Choose to lift single or double bells, specialize in one of three movements: jerk, snatch, or long cycle (clean and jerk), or learn to lift all three movements.
Your coach performs a movement assessment, teaches the fundamentals of kettlebell lifting, and customizes a weekly workout program according to your goals.
