OUR CLASSES

SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING SERIES, South Loop

We'll cover how to properly and safely execute the basic building blocks of Kettlebell exercises. You'll walk away with a great workout, and a chance to join the Chicago Kettlebell Club Sport Team.

Male, female, novice or advanced – this four-session training series is for you. Each series is limited to 4 people. You’ll walk away with a great workout, and a chance to join the Chicago Kettlebell Club Sport Team.
